Mid-throughput Focused-ultrasonicators Overview
The EoSonics® FRAG8 Focused-ultrasonicator utilizes Adaptive Cylindrical Ultrasonic (ACU™) technology for the shearing of DNA, RNA, and chromatin. It can process 1 to 8 samples per batch flexibly and allows users to generate fragments of a desired size range by adjusting sonication parameters. Leveraging its high-performance design, it produces relatively narrow and consistent chromatin shearing profiles compared with enzymatic fragmentation methods, making it an excellent choice for sample fragmentation applications.
